Ali has helped Carl in real estate since 1972 as well as working as a RN in hospitals, doctor’s offices and in home health care and being "Mom" to their three sons - Gus, Max and Hans. She received her real estate license in 1995 and joined Carl on a full time basis. Ali is in contact with our buyers and sellers and is in charge of our "Quality Control" for our customer service goals.

Dave is a licensed Realtor and joined our team in 1996 following a five-year career at MLT Vacations in Minnetonka. He graduated from Minnetonka High school in 1984 and Concordia University in Austin Texas in 1989 with a BA in business management. He has great computer and organizational skills. Hans has recently completed his degree in economics at the University of Minnesota and is excited about starting his career in the family business. He graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1997. While attending the University of Minnesota, Hans was a founder and four year member of the University of Minnesota Sailing Team. Elected as team captain during two years, Hans’ team won the Midwest Championships and represented the University in two National Championships. Hans spent summers during high school and college coaching local youth at the Lake Minnetonka Sailing School. His new passion is helping you buy or sell your home.

Max is a licensed Realtor and joined our team after a five year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Minnesota as a Public Accountant. Max’s clients were some of the largest financial companies in Minnesota and he recently received his C.P.A designation. Max graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1994 and the University of St. Thomas 1998. Max’s background in finance and his knowledge of the Twin Cities area makes him uniquely qualified in helping you with any of your real estate needs.
