Carl Zinn – Founder and Team leader

For many years, Zinn Family Realtors has sold twice
as many homes in the Minnetonka School District than any other realtor. With
sales of 40 million dollars in 2012, we are the #1 home seller in the Minnetonka
school district market area. Up until the year 2000, Zinn Family Realtors was
pretty much only Carl, with some occasional help from Ali and their three sons,
Gus, Max and Hans. Carl graduated from
Minnetonka High School and the Carlson School of Business –University of
Minnesota. Carl holds the top national
designation Certified Residential Broker and ranks in the top ½ % nationally
with over 35 years of family relocation experience. Carl is active in many local youth and
community organizations and has been consistently recognized as a leader in business,
education and community involvement and support.

Ali Zinn - Co-Founder - Zinn Family Realtors

Ali has helped Carl in real estate since 1972 as
well as working as a RN in hospitals, doctor’s offices and in home health care
for Abbot Hospital. Her primary job however
has always been being “Mom” to their three sons - Gus, Max and Hans. Ali grew up in Benson Minnesota and earned her
BS in Nursing at the University of Minnesota where she met Carl. She received her real estate license in 1995
and joined Carl on a full time basis. Ali is expert in staging homes. She works with every seller to be certain
their home shows well to prospective buyers.

Hans came into the real estate business right out of
the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. Most realtors get into the business later in
their career but Hans “liked what he saw” and wanted to be a realtor from the
beginning. Hans graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1997. While attending
the University of Minnesota, Hans was a founder and four year member of the
University of Minnesota Sailing Team. Elected as team captain during two years,
Hans’ team won the Midwest Championships and represented the University in two
National Championships. Hans spent summers during high school and college
coaching local youth at the Lake Minnetonka Sailing School. His new passion is
helping you buy or sell your home.

Max has been a licensed
Realtor for over ten years. He joined
our team after a five-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Public
Accountant where his clients were some of the largest financial companies in Minnesota.
Max graduated from Minnetonka High School in 1994 and the University of St.
Thomas in 1998, and he also earned his CPA designation. Max’s background in finance and his knowledge
of the Twin Cities area makes him uniquely qualified in helping you with all of
your real estate needs. He is also a
proud father of three children in the Minnetonka School District.
